Despite a large proportion of the property projects managed by WPA being linked to the large-scale subdivision of properties in growth areas, WPA also provides services to a number of local landowners and drafting firms by overseeing the town planning process for a number of multi-unit and apartment building proposals.
This has led to a large number of planning permits being issued within the municipalities of Whittlesea, Banyule, Nillumbik, Darebin and Melton.
