Strategic Planning

WPA has aided many clients for the preparation of strategic plans and frameworks to guide and assess future development proposals against. This has included rezoning of multiple large-scale properties and notably working in collaboration with the VPA for the Paynes Road Precinct Structure Plan that led to the creation of Thornhill Park Estate.
In addition to assisting with PSP’s, WPA have overseen the preparation and approval of a series of Development Plans, which has included an example within the South Morang Activity Centre for future commercial tenancies as well as Doreen to create the framework that led to the establishment of The Ivy Estate on behalf of Ivanhoe Grammar.
Whilst economic feasibilities form a key function in determining the project feasibility from the project outset, WPA also regularly assist with land acquisition projects whereby compensation claims are assisted by detailed due diligence and reporting.
