120 Apartments, Supermarket, Shapes & Officers. Over 4 levels & underground basement car park.The site is locatedin the heart of Coburg. A rezone was achieved & a Planning Permit Application is currently being prepared.

Yarrambat Township – working with stakeholders and council for the proposed development of Yarrambat Township Centre with potential commercial, petrol station, medical centre, etc.

A Planning Permit has been issued for approximately 200 lot, located in a Prestige part of Cranbourne. This development will be ready for construction to commerce in the first half of 2015.

South Morang – Development Plan has been issued and a Planning Permit Application is underway for a Commercial Development involving Petrol Station, Supermarket & a Leisure Precinct & Activities.

Management of Development Plan Application for Private School (Ivanhoe) covering Capital Works for the next 5 years.
