Owing to his time with a number of suburban councils, Sam has significant experience in preparing and assessing a diverse range of land use and development applications within residential, commercial, industrial, rural and activity centre zones. These included applications subject to stringent neighbourhood character and heritage controls. Sam has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Victorian planning system which allows him to achieve quality outcomes within specified time frames. At WPA his role includes preparing due diligence reports and planning applications, liaison with councils and advising on statutory planning issues. Sam has a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Melbourne.
