In many instances and before development is permissible for a property, there are a range of strategic steps that need to be taken. WPA have demonstrated across a large number of properties the ability to obtain the necessary planning scheme amendment approvals through a variety of rezones and contributing towards the finalisation of PSP’s and localised Development Plan approvals.

Key examples include the Paynes Road PSP, 150 Epping Road, Epping, 18 Development Boulevard, Mill Park and South Morang East Development Plan. In such instances, the approval of the applicable strategic documentation has led to subsequent permit applications being prepared by WPA for approval and to allow for commencement of works.
