WPA obtained the planning permit for a mixed-use development, including a supermarket, childcare centre, distillery, and multi-storey apartment building. Following the success of obtaining the permit, the private developers appointed WPA as development and project manager, overseeing the construction process. Additionally, following successful negotiation with the Mitchell Shire Council, WPA were engaged for a series of sites further north along Station Street, which will ultimately consist of over 100 townhouses.
