Willow Estate, situated on 4.1 hectares of land in Mt Duneed, is home to 88 residential lots. WPA involvement with this project began with site feasibility and continued to completion. As development and project manager, WPA worked closely with their clients to obtain offers and approval for finance, obtained fee proposals, held tender interviews to better inform appointment recommendations for subconsultants and subcontractors, managed the subconsultant and subcontractor team, developed and managed the overall development budget, and provided multiple sales strategies to maximize the project’s financial return. WPA also successfully negotiated intricate access agreements with the neighbouring landowners to allow delivery of critical external infrastructure.
