WPA oversaw the preparation, lodgement, and approval of six separate planning permits on behalf of Wel.Co, leading to the approval of more than 2,500 residential lots. In addition to obtaining the individual planning permits, Wel.Co appointed WPA as the project manager to oversee construction, which included up to 10 stages and 600 lots under construction concurrently. WPA demonstrated their ability to take a project from feasibility to settlement, while working closely with developers that had no previous development experience. WPA considers this to be one of their legacy projects, a true milestone for the company.
